Miguel Aldana Principal / Creative Director

Mig has been playing in the design game since 2006, having worked at various agencies in PDX and starting SFG in 2009. Success has come by building strong, lasting relationships and solidly delivering on all brand services. At the beginning of 2019, Miguel teamed up with long-time friend and colleague Robert Shepard for SFG, 2.0.

When not moving pixels, you will find Mig ripping around Puddle-Town on his little salmon-red Vespa, cutting, sanding, and torching bamboo in his basement or attempting to strum a couple of chords in tune and on rhythm with his "dad band"

Robert Shepard Principal / Strategy Director

To say that Robert has been in creative and marketing for a little while may be a huge understatement. Beginning his career sometime last century in New York City, his path lead on to creative director and strategist positions in a variety agencies in Portland. Now, "stoked" to be teaming up with Miguel in Slow Fast Go, he is excited that his ping-pong skills will improve.

Work and family take up the majority of Robert's time but when he can sneak away, you'll likely find him on a golf course or in his painting studio.

Matt Banner Digital Media Manager

Formerly from small-town Texas, Matt moved to Portland, Oregon after earning his BS in business management from St. Mary's University and quickly found work coaching tennis while developing a clientele portfolio with Eco Firma Farms, Windermere Realty Trust, and Senate PDX. A millennial by nature, an old man by heart, Matt brings a unique perspective into digital strategy by creating content that is enhanced by analytical research.

On his free time, you can catch Matt on the tennis court wearing a horrible Hawaiian shirt, drinking IPAs, or working on his portfolio. Matt's currently working towards his MBA at the University of Portland, specializing in marketing and advertising.
